QLCX030GDXC ground-fixed dust collection device (integrated type), suitable for dry dust vacuum suction and gravity (larger particles (greater than 8mm <20mm) more (proportion >20%)) or positive pressure discharge (smaller particles (less than 3~8mm) less (proportion less than 10%)) in the cement building industry, steel plants, power plants, and other inter-workshop sites.

The dust collection network at the work site can be connected to the material collection tank suction inlet of this device via a hose. By operating the vacuum pump unit in the device and using various manually held suction nozzles, ground dust can be cleaned. The dust material in the collection tank can be unloaded into ton bags through the gravity discharge port at the bottom of the tank or positively pressured into the designated silo via a pipeline (various structural forms such as gravity bottom discharge, main and auxiliary silo coarse and fine particle separation, and pipeline pressure discharge are available).

This device is equipped with a dust collection and filtration system. Material suction and pressure discharge are carried out in sealed containers and pipelines, avoiding secondary environmental pollution and achieving dust-free operation.

Through the pipeline dust collection, the dust collection distance can reach 300 meters, capable of cleaning dust from large-area multi-layer platforms and equipment surfaces.

This dust collection device uses vacuum suction, bottom gravity discharge/pressure pipeline discharge, and an integrated type. Suction work is carried out in a closed environment. After dust material undergoes gravity sedimentation and dust removal by a bag filter, clean air that meets environmental protection requirements is discharged into the atmosphere via the vacuum pump's exhaust silencer. Therefore, the entire suction process can achieve dust-free operation. After suction is complete, bottom gravity (ton bags, sealed dump trucks, etc.)/pressure pipeline discharge can be used to send the material to a designated location for processing.

  Structure and composition:

  This device mainly consists of a material collecting tank (integral structure), a cyclone bend, a bag dust collector, an electrical control system, a vacuum pump unit, an air compressor unit, a pipeline system, and a work platform (support, safety ladder, storage cabinet), etc.

  Suction: When the Roots vacuum pump is working, the inside of the tank is under negative pressure. The material enters the suction port of the collecting tank through the manual suction pipe and pipeline network, and enters the collecting tank (sub-tank) along the tangent. In the tank, it undergoes cyclone and expansion gravity inertial primary filtration and separation, and then the dusty gas is further filtered for dust through the bag dust collector in the tank. The air that meets the environmental protection emission standards is discharged through the vacuum pump silencer.

  Discharging: When the pressure discharge system is selected, the on-site external air source is connected or the ground air compressor is operated, and the compressed air fluidizes the dust material through the fluidization cone at the bottom outlet of the tank. Under the action of gravity and compressed air, the material is discharged into the designated ground hopper through the discharge pipe. (When choosing gravity discharge, the dust falling into the ton bag or sealed transfer truck can be easily transported to the designated location for processing)

  The material undergoes the first separation and sedimentation in the tank through the cyclone bend and expansion gravity inertia in the loading tank, and then undergoes a second filtration through the bag filter chamber. The double-stage filtration ensures that the finally discharged air meets environmental protection requirements.

  The dust remaining in the left and right structural bag filter chambers is discharged together from the bottom discharge port using positive pressure after merging with the discharge pipe of the loading tank (the upper and lower structures are directly discharged from the bottom). (When optional gravity discharge is selected, the dust falling into the transfer truck can be easily transported to the designated location for processing).

  The accumulated dust on the bags is cleaned by reverse blowing, and an air cannon or pulse bagging system is optionally used for cleaning.

  Operation Control System: Uses electromechanical instruments, knobs, indicator lights, etc., to monitor the entire workflow. A PLC touch screen can be optionally installed to intelligently control each workflow, display key operating parameters, and enable grid connection for fully automated operation.
