1. Responsible for answering and transferring calls to the company's Exchange Tel, and providing consulting services to callers;
2. Responsible for receiving visitors to the company;
3. Responsible for receiving and sending company magazines, newspapers, express mail, and other documents;
4. Responsible for the classification, storage, and filing management of relevant company materials;
5. Responsible for the environmental sanitation management of the front desk area.
6. Assist the administrative manager in completing other administrative tasks.
