Quality Assurance Statement
1. The vehicle chassis used in the product shall be implemented in accordance with the "Three Guarantees" policy of the chassis manufacturer.
2. The overall warranty period for the vehicle modification part is - years (calculated from the date of product delivery), and Party B shall provide free warranty service during the warranty period. For details of the warranty period for specific components, please refer to Attachment 2.
3. Under normal use and maintenance, the warranty period for the tank body of the suction and pressure tanker is 5 years.
4. The product design meets the requirements of relevant national standards and regulations, and fully considers the impact of local environmental conditions and usage conditions. Its design, manufacturing, installation, and acceptance are based on China's national standards (GB) and refer to this technical agreement.
5. The product uses high-quality materials that meet its usage conditions. The selection of parts or components is based on the principles of technological advancement, maturity, reliability, safety, and durability.
6. It is guaranteed that the vehicle provided is brand new (including parts), reliable in quality, manufactured using high-quality materials and advanced processes that meet national production standards, and meets the quality, specifications, and performance of the vehicle stipulated in the contract in all aspects.
After-sale Service/After-sales Training
1. After-sales Training
After Party B's products arrive on site, Party A may choose the following training methods as needed: (1) Remote video training, (2) On-site training.
2. After-sales Response
In case of problems, Party B shall respond within 1 hour of receiving the notification from Party A; provide a reply within 8 hours (propose a solution within 24 hours for difficult problems); arrive on site within 24 hours after receiving written notification from Party A in the Central Plains region (48 hours during holidays and peak transportation seasons), and within 72 hours in remote areas.
3. Service After the Warranty Period
If the product malfunctions, Party B will actively provide technical guidance.
4. Other After-sales Commitments
Even if the product malfunctions due to the responsibility of Party A, Party B will also make every effort to take measures and actively cooperate to provide Party A with technical guidance and services to ensure the normal use of the contracted products.
