Product Introduction
The Yunshengteqi fixed ground dust removal device is suitable for sweeping, cleaning, and recovering various scattered industrial raw materials and industrial dust accumulated during industrial production. It can be used to recover and clean materials from areas such as blast furnaces, converters, electric arc furnaces, thermal power plant boilers, coking plants, sintering machines, rotary kilns, mines, as well as deep pits, conveyors, ship holds, trenches, and elevator shafts, which are difficult to reach in factories and workshops.
In the iron and steel industry, including ironmaking plants, sintering plants, coking plants, and industrial ports; boiler equipment in thermal power plants; various mine productions; various large-scale steel pipe manufacturing productions; various alloy powder smelting productions; and coal coking production projects, a large number of transportation corridors are used for the transportation and transfer of materials within the plant.
During the transportation and transfer of materials within the plant using transportation corridors, there will be varying degrees of scattered raw materials and dust accumulation around the plant site, workshops, and equipment where the material transportation corridors are located, resulting in waste of production raw materials and environmental pollution. Due to equipment space limitations and production safety restrictions, to effectively clean up long-term scattered raw materials and dust accumulation, using a fixed ground dust removal device, only collection-type ground dust removal devices (convenient mobile dust removal equipment) need to be arranged around the material transportation corridors and large equipment. When cleaning, sweeping, and recovering scattered materials and dust accumulation, simply start the fixed ground dust removal device or system, open the collection point cover of the material collection pipeline network, and connect the suction head to clean, sweep, and recover scattered materials and dust accumulation.
The operating diameter of the fixed dust removal device is 0-2000 meters, the height is 0-150 meters, and the single-point operating diameter is 0-30 meters.

For work sites that require dust removal, after careful calculation, the material is sucked through a pipeline network or hose connected to the material collection tank of this device; the granular materials in the collection tank can then be transported to the designated silo through the pipeline network. The pipeline network is designed to prevent clogging.

The entire system's suction and discharge work is controlled through a ground soft start cabinet, enabling one-button opening and closing for simple and convenient operation.

Ash is removed through gravity settling and bag dust removal, and ash discharge is through air compressor pressure discharge, with dust-free processing throughout the entire process.
