Yunshengteqi produces water trucks, standard configuration includes front flushing, rear spraying, side spraying, rear-mounted work platform, and a high-pressure water cannon on the platform (360° rotatable, adjustable to a columnar shape with a maximum range of 35 meters, or a mist shape with a maximum range of 15 meters, adjustable to: straight jet, heavy rain, moderate rain, light rain, drizzle), a front water cannon with a range of 35 meters, and a rear fog cannon with a range of 30 meters. Equipped with a high-quality, high-power dedicated water pump, power take-off, debris filter, national standard 65-type fire interface (water can be added through a fire hydrant), one set of self-flowing ball valve system (self-priming and self-draining, water can be drawn from a river or pond into the tank, maximum suction height of 7 meters), and two water intake steel wire hoses. The water pump, power take-off, ball valve, and filter are all national standard products. The main pipeline is thickened, the flange gasket and flange are thickened, the front flushing is improved, and the large-diameter ball valve is used. Product Performance and Features

　　The water truck tank structure is elliptical or square, made of high-quality carbon steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel, using a large plate rolling machine for one-time forming, advanced equipment automatic welding technology, the appearance is more beautiful, and the sealing performance is excellent. The entire tank is divided into 2-3 compartments by baffles, the lower end of the corrugated baffle has through holes, which has the function of wave and sway prevention, to reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank when the car is driving. The exterior is coated with anti-rust paint and decorative paint.

5	Front Spray		Used for road surface sprinkling, to reduce dust, and at the same time, to flush small debris such as road stones to the roadside, making it easier for sanitation workers to sweep.
6	Rear Spray		Used for engineering road surfaces, newly paved road surfaces, dust suppression and watering maintenance operations. The working angle can be adjusted according to the needs, through the screws at the bottom.
7	Side Spray		Used for irrigating lawns and low vegetation in green belts. The duckbill nozzle has a large spraying area and dispersed water volume, which can avoid newly planted flowers and plants from being washed away, thus leading to low survival rates.
8	High-pressure Cannon		The high-pressure cannon can be adjusted to a columnar, rain-like, or mist-like state. It can achieve rear-spraying and side-spraying, and all the functions of a high-position sprinkler. Most importantly, it can function as a fire extinguisher for small fires.
9	Fog Cannon (Optional)		Used for construction site dust suppression, pesticide spraying, and epidemic prevention and disinfection. It can rotate 360 degrees and is operated by wireless remote control, with a range of 30 meters.
10	Electronic Cannon (Optional)		Stainless steel electric water cannon: 360-degree rotation, up and down, left and right spraying, wireless remote control.

Precautions

　　1. When the water truck uses ditches or ponds as a water source, ensure that the end of the water intake pipe is completely submerged in the water. To avoid sucking in stones or a large amount of mud, sand, or floating debris, it is best to install a filter device at the water intake of the suction pipe. If the water source is shallow, the water intake area should be dug deeper in advance to ensure that it does not contain debris and does not allow air to enter.

　　2. For the first time using a self-priming pump, priming is required, but it is not necessary to prime it afterwards. When sucking water, the water intake pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum degree in order to suck water into the tank. The water intake pipe system must be reliably sealed, the hoses must not be damaged, and the hard pipes must not have cracks, otherwise leakage will occur, resulting in an inability to suck water.

　　3. Whether before water intake or before watering, the power take-off device must be engaged while the vehicle is stopped. Before winter arrives, the water in the pump and pipes should be drained to prevent freezing. In northern China, construction usually stops during the harsh winter; therefore, after construction is completed, the water in the pump and pipes should be immediately drained to prevent damage.
