  The QLC5180TXC2 vacuum negative pressure dust removal equipment integrates three functions: suction and pressure delivery vehicle, sewage suction vehicle (optional: dry and wet dual-use configuration), and ground sweeping (optional: suction cup) dust removal vehicle. It utilizes multi-stage dust separation and “ultra-long-range, high-altitude” pneumatic conveying technologies. It is a "powerful tool" for dust removal, cleaning, and maintenance in heavy-dust areas such as boiler platforms at various levels, pipe networks, workshops, production platforms (areas), deep pits, and elevator shafts. (Optional: "one-button switch" PLC automatic monitoring, optional dry/wet conversion system (without pipeline pressure discharge function), optional multi-functional adaptive suction cup, etc.).

  This equipment (vehicle) boasts ultra-long-range and ultra-high-altitude capabilities, with powerful dust suction. It can simultaneously handle dust removal at 4 DN50 and above suction points. It can also be connected to dust removal accessories (such as suction nozzles) to clean dust in production area platforms, narrow areas, elevator shafts, and hard-to-reach areas in deep pits. It sweeps and vacuums ground dust. The exhaust meets environmental standards by filtering out 99.9% of submicron particles (μ-level).

 

 

 

  Product Structure

  The QLC5180TXC2 vehicle-mounted vacuum negative pressure dust removal equipment consists of a vehicle chassis, a transport tank assembly (centrifugal separator, multi-stage filtration system including bag filters), a vacuum pump system, an air compressor pressure discharge system (emergency gravity unloading by opening the rear cover), a hydraulic system, a rotary knob control system, and a rear-mounted suction cup device, forming a special negative pressure dust removal vehicle.

  The transport tank assembly includes the loading tank body and the loading and unloading devices and dust removal system installed on the loading tank.

  Loading tank body: A cylindrical container with a butterfly-shaped head at the front of the tank. An external ladder is welded to the left side of the tank, and a walkway is welded to the top. The top also has a safety valve, lifting lugs, a manhole, and a material level gauge.

  Suction device: Installed above the rear of the loading tank, controlled by a suction valve, and connected to the on-site silo and dust collection network via a quick connector and suction hose. It can be directly connected to a manual suction tube via a conversion connector.

  Sub-frame: Welded from left and right longitudinal beams and cross beams. The front part successively welds the Roots vacuum pump base plate and the arc-shaped seat. The sub-frame is bolted to the main beam of the vehicle chassis via U-bolts and side ear plates.

  Filtration system: Materials undergo a first separation in the cyclone bend inside the tank. A second gravity sedimentation occurs within the loading tank. Dry materials undergo a third filtration in the front bag-type filter chamber (when dry and wet functions are optional, wet materials can be switched to wet material mode and filtered through a steel wire mesh without filter bags). Three-stage filtration ensures that the finally discharged air meets environmental requirements. The dry material remaining in the filter chamber is discharged along with the material in the loading tank using compressed air pipelines (emergency gravity unloading by opening the rear cover is possible). When dry and wet dual-use is selected (without pressure pipeline discharge), unloading is performed by opening the rear cover for self-dumping.

  The accumulated dust on the filter bags is cleaned using a high-pressure air cannon. Note: When loading materials requiring inert gas protection, the vehicle-mounted air compressor and automatic negative pressure bagging are prohibited (external nitrogen source manual bagging can be used), and only ground nitrogen source can be used.

  Air pipeline system: Primarily provides compressed air for high-pressure bag cleaning and pneumatic valves. The source of compressed air is the air compressor.

  Self-dumping opening mechanism: A self-dumping device is installed at the rear of the loading tank. The self-dumping device is equipped with a hydraulic tailgate and a hydraulic locking device. An air compressor or external air source pressure discharge system is optional.

  Power transmission system: The power device for "negative pressure suction of materials" is a vacuum pump, using a power take-off to provide power to the vacuum pump, optional vehicle-mounted air compressor, and oil pump. The power take-off (also known as a power output device, generally composed of gears, a gearbox, and a clutch, connected to the gearbox gears) takes out the engine power. (Or optionally use a vehicle-mounted independent engine drive); the power device for hydraulic lifting is a hydraulic oil pump, driven by a chassis power take-off.

  Operating system: The dust removal vehicle's operation control system adopts "program control, instrument display, and centralized operation" with a rotary knob control system. Dry/wet mode switching is possible (optional dry/wet dual-use device).
